Omatapalo contributes to Boavista’s formation

The remodeling of the Training Home – Panther’s Habitat, next to Bessa 21st Century Stadium, was presented this Tuesday, in a ceremony attended by Dr. Vítor Murta, president of Boavista FC, Dr. José Domingos and Dr. Filipe Lopes, directors of the Omatapalo Portugal Group, the company responsible for the remodeling of the space, as well as other members of the Club’s Board of Directors.

The building suffered a strong structural intervention over the last few months, which aimed to provide the space with better conditions. Indeed, a restructuring with great impact was carried out in a space that includes nine bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms, in addition to having been created a new living room and another leisure room, always with the aim of offering a better standard of living for the resident athletes.

“This is one of many essential projects for the sustained growth that we have planned for Boavista FC”, Vítor Murta said: “We want to provide the Club with the conditions to train athletes that will be part of Boavista and national soccer history. We are betting on growth at the infrastructure level, as exemplified by the new training fields. Besides that, we recently made improvements in the stadium, the changing rooms and the technical area, and we also created a leisure area for the players and a restaurant for the professional teams. We are growing and this work in the Training Home is another example of the work we have been developing”, he explained.

The remodeling of the Pantera’s Habitat had the “enormous contribution of Omatapalo”, which had Engineer José Domingos as spokesman. “This project is of the utmost significance for us, insofar as the bet on sports is very important because it is always at the root of what are the training bases of sportsmen and, consequently, of society,” said the director of Omatapalo Portugal.
